[SOLVED] CPU unnecessarily hot for overclocking?

With my specs (and according to things i've seen online), I should be able to OC my CPU to 5 GHz, or at least 4.8-4.9. I started at 4.7 GHz and increased the voltage on the CPU until it stopped crashing when I run Prime95. This voltage is about 1.3V. When I run Prime95 at this voltage, my cores average about 80-82C, which (according to the guide i'm using) is too hot to increase voltage further. When idle these cores are a tad under 40C. I had LLC on auto during this process. Is this a normal temperature to have @ 4.7 GHz 1.3V for my processor + case + cooler? Is there some problem with my components that's ruining my temperature? Not great with computers so any help is much appreciated :)

You think you can overclock an 6 core processor with a cooler designed for 4 cores?
It should run a stock 8700k and probably allow a little OC, not not 5GHz.
