Cpu unworkable or changed

Hello,
when i boot up, it tells me that the "cpu is unworkable or has been changed." and to look at the cpu soft menu. if i press f1 to continue, i can boot into my os just fine. I have had this computer sitting around for about a year, but have not used it. how can i fix it? i have an abit th7ii
