CPU UP TO 95 C RUNNING IN STOCK plz help

I have a i7-4790k with a h100i. I didn't overclock it and when I play csgo, it gets 80-95 c. I don't know why. The h100i fans are running. Any fixes?

Remove the cooling block and clean it, then re-apply some thermal paste. Before that make sure the water is being pumped properly.

The problem is most likely that either the pump for the water isn't working, that it is mounted on the CPU very badly and making poor contact, or there is an extreme amount of thermal paste or hardly any thermal paste at all blocking transfer of heat to the cooler. You should try to listen for the pump first, and then investigate the others 2nd if you determine the pump is working or cannot tell for sure if it is or not.
