CPU UP TO 95 C RUNNING IN STOCK plz help

I have a i7-4790k and I didn't overclock it. I use a asus Maximus vii pro and a h100i. I use the thermal paste pre-applied on it. The fans are spinning and the water is moving on the pipes. When I play csgo I reach up to 95 c. Why is this happening? Can you please help?

Install issue if the monitoring software is right.

That the cooler is not installed correctly one or the other thermal paste, not correctly fastened down or pump not correctly hooked to electricity.

I think that the monitoring software is wrong. At 95C computer will shut down to save cpu. Try HWMONITOR.

Throttle temperature is 100C.
