CPU Update assistance

Hey all, I'm looking to upgrade my CPU, I currently have the Athlon x4 860 FM2 Chipset. I've been using this for a few months now, however in most games I've been getting cpu bottlenecking and stuttering (GTAV, BFH, etc etc). My GFX is currently a geforce 960 as well. I'm looking for something hopefully intel based as they seem a bit better with gaming. Can anyone suggest to me an upgrade path to take? I understand I may need a new mobo and ram sticks as well, so if those upgrades can be included as well I would be very grateful. Thanks guys!

If you want Intel, you will definitely need a new motherboard. You will also have to reinstall the OS from scratch so be prepared.
