Hi i have a lenovo h50-55 with a asus dual 1050 ti oc edition, 12gb ram and a amd a10 7800 CPU, I was wondering what a good cpu upgrade would be, I want to be able to get better frames in games that are high cpu intensive. such as bf1.
What's your budget? On a budget Ryzen will be significantly better, but your budget will determine your CPU. Any lower than $300 and you're looking at a Ryzen 3 1200/1300X, and at around $400 you're looking at a Ryzen 5 1600. This is also assuming you're getting 16GB of fast RAM (3000-3200MHz), which you could cut back on to save price.
There isnt a CPU or APU on that socket that will give you better frames in BF1. A better GPU may help a little, but you will be CPU bound and that is a dead socket now.
Well the best CPU you can get on FM2+ is the Athlon 860k. However it is pretty much the same cpu you have now except with no iGPU and slightly higher clock speeds, it would not be worth the money in my opinion. If I were you I would just start saving for a switch to intel or ryzen, this will require a new cpu, motherboard, and DDR4 ram. There really is no viable upgrade path for you on FM2+ in my opinion.

Then what would be a good budget motherboard and cpu for it.

There is no point to going Intel on a budget, as all of the Ryzen CPUs are generally better than their counterpart (the only one that isn't losing to Ryzen is the 7700k - again, not budget)
EDIT: If you want truly the best performance possible for the price, the R5 1600 is definitely the way to go. Fork out a little extra for +2c/4t, which will *generally* be better than the 4c/4t R3 1200. R3 1200 will only fall behind on the most CPU intensive games, though, and even then, most games are more reliant on your GPU.
