Hello guys please i am using acer aspire m3800 desktop and i want to upgrade my cpu from dual core(socket lga775) processor to core 2 quad, so which cpu is advisable to purchase. Tnkx

Q6600 is a good quad core that will work on that socket. Not expensive either.

Much more expensive. Not certain it will deliver noticeable performance benefits compared to the Q6600.
