Question CPU Upgrade, Cooler, Motherboard

Hi there.
I'm gonna upgrade my CPU which is i5 6600k to, and here come's the question or questions

I want CPU to last years my 6600k will be 6 years in January 2023 so I'm looking for something which will last another 5 years maybe.

Here's the questions

1.What's more worth i5 13600k or i7 13700k. Assuming I'll be using it for years
2.Will Gigabyte Z690 Gaming X handle i7 13700k?
3.Will my Dark Rock Pro 4 handle one of these cpu's (I'm gonna undervolt it)

(cooler dark rock pro 4, case bequiet dark base pro 900 rev2. with 5 fan's, corsair rm750x)

1)Personal query. Can't answer. Maybe if it was worded differently..?
13700K is slightly faster and has more cores. How useful those additional cores are is an unknown. Both chips are at the end of LGA 1700.

2)Yes.
3)Yes.
Power limit instead; it has the same effect, but without all the stability testing necessitated by UVing.

Power limit is thing I can change in motherboard settings am I right? Or it's more complicated
Will it affect on cpu temperatures? I want to make cpu cold as much as possible

Power limit can be done in bios, yes. It's not hard at all.
Yes, it affects cpu thermals; I posted earlier that it has the same effect as UV.
