Question Cpu upgrade for a 1650

Hi! Last year i got a 1650 ddr6 oc version with an I3 10105f and 16 gb of ddr4 ram. I mostly play Esport titles such as cs. Now in csgo there have been no problems, but now as csgo 2 is released, i can feel how it wont be enough. And i feel this on the cpu side. Would a I5 10400f be a decent upgrade? After this i wont be changing anything as this pc isnt really future proof. In 2 years i will most probably buy a new pc. So is an I5 10400f a good choice for a 1650? Thanks.
