Cpu upgrade for my 1050ti

Right now I am using an i7 3820 and am not sure which new cpus will be an upgrade.

that i7 wouldnt bottleneck a 1070.

I would hold it out and wait for the next generation cpus, which will be 30% faster than our current cpus.

The 1050ti will be a bottleneck before the i7 becomes one, so until you go for a 1080ti or something of that level, you are fine with your CPU.
