CPU upgrade for Packard Bell aka Foxconn n15235

Hello guys, ive bought this pc very cheap, so his specifications are:
Core2Duo 2.2 E4500,
3GB RAM DDR2,
1GB - 128 Bits AMD Radeon HD 6670 - MSI GDDR3.

So my question is how much I can maxout ram, and which cpu i can put into this motherboard?
All ive found is on foxconn support that there is like 5 motherboards like mine but i cant decide which one is it..
Informations that I got over Speccy are:

As Ive googled I can put quad core like 2.6 or 2.4, but im not quite sure into that so Ive came here to ask pro's what I can upgrade 😀
Also I can provide you picture of motherboard, case, any...Just tell me what informations do you need to find out what CPU can I buy, (ofcourse cheapest but better one x.x )
Im thinking about quadcore 2.4, its ok for me, I dont need anything better..
