CPU upgrade for streaming

Hey there, I'm planning on upgrading my CPU. I have about 300 euros to spend (about 350 dollars) and I would like to also stream some lightweight games like Overwatch and WoW. My current specs are as follows:

CPU: i5 2400
GPU: GTX 1060 3GB
RAM: 8gb ddr3 1333
MOBO: Asus P8H61-M
PSU: 450 watt Cooler Master (don't know the exact name)

I was hoping that with ryzen on it's way and almost here, you guys could help me out a bit.

Until Ryzen's benchmarks is officially out, I wouldn't preorder. With your budget, it will be difficult to get a system with a R7 1700, an AM4 motherboard and DDR4.
The R5 range may be more appealing but there is no word yet on its release date.
Alternatively you could buy an used 2nd or 3rd gen i7.

Your cheapest/easiest option would probably be a bios update, and then drop in a Xeon 1230v2/1245v2, or an i7 3770.
