Hi guys,
I need some help in upgrading my cpu and i hope you may be able to help me.
i will try to ask the questions as exactly as i can and please excuse my english.
First of all i want to upgrade my i3-2348M 35W CPU with something better on a HP 650 Laptop (Socket G2 rPGA988B, MB - HP1858 Chipset HM75)
1. I dont really know if the cpu is soldered to the mb or not. in my manual i have a guide of upgrading the cpu and i dont think i would have it if it would be soldered.
2. in the same manual i have Intel® Core® i5-3210M 2.50-GHz processor (3.0-MB L3 cache, 35 W as being the best cpu i can upgrade with
on cpu-upgrade.com there are even i7 cpu as probably working for my chipset/socket. Can i get something better than I5-3210M ?
3. Will the turbo work?

i know a lot will depend on my bios compatibility with the cpu. how will i know if it's compatible with a certain cpu?

Thanks a lot guys and sorry for the long post.

Solution
First if the manual says that the i5 works with the motherboard, then it should have no problem in utilising its turbo. This should mean that the bios should be compatible with it.
