Question CPU upgrade, Fujitsu Lifebook A512 Socket U3E1

I have a Fujitsu Lifebook A512, U3E1 Socket, And i have a shtty i3 CPU in it.
I'm wonder what is a good, well priced i7 i can put in it.

Also, it's a standard SATA hdd laptop, Is there any way i can replace this HDD with an SSD, and will the SSD fitin the same place in my laptop?

Actually i have another laptop too, i have a Lenovo T420, Can you tell me a good i7 i can put on this one?

Fujitsu Lifebook A512:
-I7 2630QM, one of the cheapest I7s, 45w
-I7 2960XM ,one of the fastest I7s, 55w
Both will require a new cpu cooler and at least 90w power adapter.

Same deal for the Lenovo T420.
