CPU upgrade help for PC newbie

Hello,
I have a AcerPower FH PD 925 PC ( http://www.geeks.com/details.asp?invtid=APFH-EP9250P-R ) and wonder if anyone can easily see how fast a CPU upgrade I can do here, JUST changing the CPU. I know about Macs but little about PC's. Thanks if anyone can help. Tight budget, hence just CPU swop objective.

Also a $20 graphics card like the AMD 5450 would enhance everyday permormace
Putting another GB of ram would also do wonders
