CPU upgrade help?

Ok so im doing some gaming like minecraft, cod, etc. I have a cyberpower gua880. I did upgrade the psu and the gpu the new psu is a cs550m and the gpu is a geforce gtx 750 ti. It's 8 gigs of ram, my motherboard is a 760GM-P34(fx) (MS-7641). My cpu is an amd fx-4300 vishera quad core 3.8ghz. I am very new to the motherboard and cpu things, so bare with me 😉. I was wondering if getting a new cpu would increase my fps in some games, especially minecraft. I understand that i don't have the best motherboard, but i don't want to replace everything. So my question is, would a cpu upgrade help me, and what cpu's are compatible?

Honestly I would keep the one you have, even upgrading to the fx-4300 would only give you a small performance boost for the price.
