CPU upgrade help

I am looking to upgrade my current CPU from a AMD FX-6350 Vishera as I want to make full use of my GTX 1070 graphics card. I however do not want to change the motherboard, so is there any processor that would allow me to fully utilize a 1070 without bottlenecking and without changing my mobo?

No. Any FX CPU will bottleneck the 1070. Even if it is overclocked in excess of 5.2Ghz. Keep in mind bottle-necking is subjective and depends on what game/application you're running

You will have to make the switch to Intel to fully utilize the 1070.
