Question CPU Upgrade Help

Hello. I am a bit of an amateur at this so bear with me. I would like to upgrade my CPU.

My current CPU is: Intel i5-6402P CPU @2.8GHZ
The upgrade CPU : Intel i5-7600K CPU @3.8GHZ
My Motherboard- : MSI B150M Bazooka (Model MS-7A46 if that matters)

Now I checked this website (http://www.cpu-upgrade.com/mb-MSI/B150M_BAZOOKA.html#cs) and it says that the i5-7600k is compatible with my motherboard.
My first question then, is that website correct or reputable?

Secondly, I looked up the specifications of the new CPU on the intel website and the socket (LGA1151) is the same as my current CPU so that's good. But the part I cannot wrap my head around is the whole BIOS issue. I've looked this up and some people say you don't need to worry about the BIOS and others say you need to change it, etc, etc. So ultimately the main question is: can I do this CPU swap without having to worry about a complicated BIOS issue that I am too dumb to figure out? Or should I save myself the trouble and just forget it? I do know how to physically swap the CPUs out and have the requisite thermal paste, but again for some reason I am having a massive brain jam about the BIOS.

Serious thanks in advance for any help that you can provide!
