CPU Upgrade - Is it good?

I am coming to upgrade my CPU.

AMD Athlon II X4 640 to Intel Pentium G4560.
Will I see some result? ( some fps boost)

Yes very big upgrade. Results depend on the rest of your system of course.

That upgrade requires, new motherboard, RAM, CPU and maybe OS. Not just a CPU upgrade ...
