~500-600 euros. I also saw that 9600k comes without heatsink or cooler. Also looking at ryzen 2600 or 2700, as i found they might be better for multitasking

You can Build Something like this with that budget:

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

CPU: AMD - Ryzen 7 2700X 3.7 GHz 8-Core Processor (£294.99 @ Aria PC)
Motherboard: Asus - ROG STRIX B450-F GAMING ATX AM4 Motherboard (£116.95 @ AWD-IT)
Memory: G.Skill - Ripjaws V Series 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3000 Memory (£110.80 @ Amazon UK)
Storage: Samsung - 860 Evo 500 GB 2.5" Solid State Drive (£77.00 @ Amazon UK)
Total: £599.74
Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available

I added an SSD since just 250GB is too small for games. But feel free to remove it, and the Total will be arround 520-530 EUR
