Your current PSU shouldn't run into any problems with the upgrade you want, but I would go with a 550W or above power supply to allow for more upgrades in the future. Also, I would get an SSD.

My pc boot and upload pretty fast and i dont think i gonna spend more money on this pc in the near future just wanted to know if this psu can handle ryzen 5 3600x and if is there any huge different with the power draw between ryzen 3 2200g and ryzen 5 3600x

Your current PSU is cutting it close both on wattage and quality.

Corsair VS White models are not horrible, but pretty cheap in design and build quality. Keep that in mind.

The 3600x will draw more power than the 2200g, but not a massive amount. The undervolted GPY will for sure help your power consumption.

Your current PSU will work with the upgraded components, but I would upgrade the PSU if you upgrade any other components.

You have more than enough wiggle room to upgrade. But do keep in mind if you want to but in more upgrades you're going to want to start with a new PSU
