Cpu Upgrade needed maybe?

Lately in most of my games i see stutters and whatnot after i upgraded my ram from 4 to 8 gigs and my graphic card to a radeon r9 280x from a gtx 480 i believe but i didnt change my cpu that its still a i7 870 2.93ghz, i been playing shadow of mordor and even ac black flag and i see stutters even in menus.
My question is will it help if i upgrade my cpu and to what should i upgrade too?

I would say a CPU upgrade should help, but you will also need a new MOBO as well, so it depends on your budget.

Why would i need a new mobo u say? And if my budget is say...200 to 300 dolars? I live in japan so the currency is diferent

My motherboard is a msi h55 g43, it says it supports i7 processors...do i still need to upgrade?

That cpu shoud do well in gaming, try uninstall all of your old video drivers with driver sweeper and perform a clean instal of your ati card drivers:

Also post what memory sticks are you using.

I will try that driver sweeper thing.
I hav 8gig ram its ctd elixir, couldnt find crosshair here in japan
