The best you can get without a risk of overheating is the Core 2 Duo P9600. This will increase your clock speed to 2.67GHz and double your L2 cache size, but that's it. You already have a relatively high end mobile Core 2 Duo, so there's not much room for improvement. The extra cache may be useful in some applications, so if you're OK with paying $24 for a used one, http://www.ebay.com/itm/Intel-SLGE6-Core-2-Duo-P9600-2-66GHz-6M-1066-Mobile-CPU-Socket-P-/222018199630?hash=item33b150e04e:g:2zMAAOSwVL1WEzv7 you can get a bit more juice out of your system.

Thanks for the answer. I don't think that I will upgrade my CPU to this one, specially if it is used. I think that I should maybe upgrade my RAM to 8GB? Do you think it is possible?

Don't worry about the CPU being used, CPU's are one of the (if not THE) least likely component in a PC to fail; I've been buying used parts from eBay for years and never had a CPU die on me.

Anyway, you can indeed upgrade to 8GB of RAM, although the fact that your system runs DDR2 makes buying a new kit of RAM stupidly expensive: http://www.amazon.com/dp/B0027J3DAQ/?tag=pcpapi-20 Even RAM from Asia will cost you an arm and a leg: http://www.ebay.com/itm/New-4GB-PC2-6400-800MHz-DDR2-200pin-Memory-For-DELL-LATITUDE-D630-E6400-E6500-/291653321997?hash=item43e7e4850d:g:eNkAAOSwJkJWiRNh

Yep, I see this! I would look at it. Thank you very much!
