CPU upgrade,possible PSU problem

I want to upgrade my i5-650 to i7-860.Given the respective wattage for each is 73(i5) and 95(i7) and since my PSU is 320W and unable to be upgraded(HP Elite 8100),will there be any adverse affects to the 22 watt increase caused by the i7?Also have n EVGA GTX-750ti W/O 6 pin as my GPU.Thanks.

gpu + cpu will draw under 200W. U should have no trouble.

Thank you.I went with Intel Xeon x3470 as it was lot cheaper and was close to the i7-860's benchmarks.
