CPU Upgrade Question

Hi:

I have a AMD Phenom II X4 955 CPU on a MSI 870A-G54 Motherboard with 16 MB of DDR3 RAM and I wonder if it make sense to upgrade to a newer processor to manage Windows 10 (just upgraded from 7 Pro) and various Adobe and other power hungry solutions. Is it feasible and worth it or is it simply a better option to consider upgrading Motherboard, CPU and Memory to DDR4 all at once?

its acbetter option to upgrade all at once seeing as you probably will upgrade in the future anyways you wasting money on a dead socket what is your budget for a new cpu mobo and ram

I anticipate that any update would run into the 350-500 range to insure a decent board and CPU. Nothing too fancy. My hope is to keep the same drives and simply replace what needs to be replace to make the machine work better and more efficiently.

Any suggestions are welcomed and I see a suggestion that would AMD - Rysen, Gygabyte MB and Corsair Mem and this seems to match my goals.
