Hie everyone...... I have a
Intel Core 2 Duo CPU E7500
AMD XFX 7770 1 GB core Edition GPU
Corsair 4 Gb DDR3 1333MHz Ram
Corsair VS 450
Gigabyte G41 Combo
After research i found that my cpu is creating a bottleneck which has resulted me in low frame rates. I wanna upgrade whats best for my rig. Doesn't matters Intel Or AMD. Please it should be in my budget of 12,000 INR or 200 USD

Solution
With that budget you would be limited to AMD. You will need to replace your CPU and motherboard. Your current motherboard is a LGA 775 which is a few generations past.
If your main activity will be gaming then you would probably be impressed with the performace boost you would get with a 4 or 6 core FX CPU. Theres only about $10 difference between the two.

Pair one of those up with a good 970 board and you will get a nice bump up in performance.

There are many more options out there for what you are looking for. I just listed some of the more "tried and true" solutions. You can save a few dollars by going with an ASRock 970 board, but they aren't as reliable as the Asus or Gigabyte equivalents. I'm sure you will have plenty of responses listing other options. Just be careful and research your options before you decide.
Good luck with your upgrade. Let us know what you decide on.

Thank you for ur answer. I just wanna ask how is MSI 970A-G43 for AMD FX 6300

I would be careful about choosing an MSI 970 board, they don't have a very good reputation. You might be ok with that board but for some reason, the VRMs that MSI uses in their motherboards run very hot. Since that board doesn't have any heat sinks on the VRMs I personally wouldn't chose that board. If your looking for something in that price range you might want to look at this motherboard...

The ONLY way I would recommend the MSI board is if your case has really good airflow and you have cool air blowing across the CPU VRMs. And overclocking on that board would be out of question.
