CPU upgrade toshiba c-655d?

My friend has a Toshiba C-655D laptop with AMD e-450 processor what is the fastest processor he can upgrade this laptop to?

No update possible as CPU is soldered onto the motherboard (Ball Grid Array socket). Look at the FAQ in the link.

Only possible internal upgrades are RAM & HDD (and the ODD if it stops working or you want a better one).
