Question CPU upgrade - Win 10 trouble

Hi! I have a strange situation (al least for me). I upgraded cpu from E8200 to X3360 on DP35DP (0413). BIOS shows everything OK. But when Windows 10 boots (just first screen), it reboots. If I try bootable DVD with Win 10, it goes before installation selection and then system reboots. What interesting is that I tried old HDD with installed Win XP, it works perfectly fine. I tried other disks it behaves the same when it boots Windows 10. Please help with any advice!

Sometimes Windows can have trouble recognizing a new CPU. You can try resetting your BIOS first, or reinstalling Windows as a last resort.

Thanks for your reply! I reset BIOS, than tried the latest updates. I have installed fresh Win 10 with my old CPU. It is still the same problem when I put the new CPU.
