CPU Upgrade

Hello guys and girls ;-),

I'm planning on upgrading my CPU, at the moment i have the AMD Phenom ii x6 1090t with the radeon hd 7950 vapor-x.. and this isn't deliverying great performance in CPU dependent games like skyrim..

So i'm thinking of getting the i5 3570k.. Will that CPU greatly increase my FPS? when playing skyrim i'm getting 30-60fps and maby with the new cpu would it be higher right?

that means u have to change the mother board u know that right?rgd1101 10 to 20 fps is a good gain
