CPU upgrade?

I have a HP Pavilion a320n with a AMD Athlon 2800+ 2.08 Ghz processor. Can I put a processor in from a Dell Inspiron 5100 with a pentium 4 2.66Ghz?

No an Intel processor will not work nor will it even fit in the same socket.
