Question Cpu upgrade

Hi sir
Hope u r fine. My query is that i want to upgrade my pc with M2 NVMe storage drive. Can it be possible for me. And plz suggest some upper model of cpu wich i can install in it.
My pc specs r follows
Gateway Dx486o
i7 2600
8 gb ram 1333 fsb
Gtx950 gigabyte.
