Gpu is a rx560 4gb you see i like to record my gameplay or stream i want above 120fps average while doing thatI would say it's not worth it. If that is the only game you play are you not getting the performance you want in it? What is your GPU?
Keep in mind a 9th gen uses the LGA1151 socket so you would need a new motherboard and ram as well.

is it worth upgrading my psu and add more ram i currently have 4 gb im thinking of buying corsair 8gb kit ddr3 since im planning to use this system for the next 2to 3 yearsI watched on youtube regarding this, if you have dell optiplex and having i3, It's good to upgrade it to i5 or i7 with same generation to make sure it's supported by dell's motherboard.
