Question CPU upgrade

Hello , I want to upgrade my CPU to ryzen 5 5600x from ryzen 5 2600 , because my GPU is not fully utilized. It seems like the best option since I am on a budget.

PC specs:
ASROCK B450M-HDV R4.0 (updated bios)
16gb 3200mhz ram
RTX 3060Ti

The 5600X is a solid choice both in performance and cost. If you happen to be US, check to see if there is a Microcenter nearby. They have exceptional pricing on that model.

The newer 5600 none X is better value with 99% of the performance.

Perhaps 5700x might be better solution because of 2 additional cores.
