CPU upgrading

Hi
is it worth to upgrade from 3770 to 3770K
I'm using my PC for Gaming
I don't have any problem with any game except the Microsoft flight simulator x after installing add-ons
will I have different in performance between these tow CPUs
MY PC SPEC :
CPU: i7-3770
Motherboard: Z77-D3H
GPU: GTX-670-OC
RAM: Kingston 8GB-1600
HD: WD 1TB
PSU: Thermaltake 850W
CPU Cooler: CoolerMaster V8

the K means you can overclock it. That's the only benifit you would gain.

+1^ no need for the upgrade...not justifiable to pay so much again just for the K.
