I've been playing a game called Maplestory which uses the CPU to run, but I built a new computer and there's something wrong and I'm not sure how to fix it. While I'm playing the game, everything runs fine. CPU usage for the game stays around 5% which is normal for the game on this CPU. When I put the game in windowed mode and click on something else such as Youtube, the game freezes and the CPU usage drops to 0%. The CPU stops giving power to the game and causes the game to freeze. This is very annoying because every time that I click on Twitter/Google/etc., I have to restart the game. I've tried setting the game to highest priority on task manager, but that did nothing. Anyone have any more tips to being able to tell the CPU to continue to power the game even if I downsize it?
