CPU Usage 100% and GPU 70% or less

Hi Guys,

I'm using i56600k 3.5Ghz and GPU EVGA Gtx 1070

I'v got a problen while playing games at 1440p res, the game run smoothly but it shows CPU usage 100% and GPU 90% then aftet little time the GPU usage will reduce to 70% even sometimes less than 70% with intensive graphics !At this stage the game lagging and the CPU hit to 100% with Temp 43only while GPU not more than 70% usage

The games mostely : Battlefield 1 and Ghost Recon Wildland

When I started playing GTAV at 1080p 144hz, i noticed a microstutter and lag which made it unplayable. Upon overclocking my 6600k to 4.5GHz, the microstutter was gone and it was playable again.

I think if you overclock to a safe number like 4.5GHz, which can probably be done on stock voltage, it will solve the problem.

I have done this exercise for overclocking my CPU to to 4.4 and i got a problem in Voltage which was in Auto mode and i put it as 1.25V and it was not enough Power so i got them back to 3.5Gthz and when it was 4.4Htz the CPU was Hitting to 100% also and the GPU to 70% iit dosen't solve the issue
