As the title suggests the CPU usage is at 100% constantly, not sure how it arose it just seemed that after installing windows updates the CPU usage was staying at 100%. Tried to do a system restore and remove the update though it is still at this usage. Its making it so the computer is essentially unusable since it takes about 1 minute for anything to load. Checking the processes tab has not helped at all, nothing in there is out of the ordinary. I've tried running a full system scan, it found nothing.
Wondering if anyone has any suggestions of what I can attempt to try and solve this. Only other thing that I can really think of mentioning is that when in safe mode the CPU is normal.
