CPU usage 100?

My CPU usage when playing games is 100% but the temps never go above 55 degrees.

My configuration is:
Intel i5 6600k clocked at 4.2 ghz
Msi gtx 1070 x OC
Corsair vengeance 2x8 gb 2400 Mhz
Asus z170-a atx motherboard

This is possible, but it depends on the game. What games do you play? also what does the cpu do when you dont game, how's the usage then?

What game? What is cpu usage at idle?

My CPU usage at idle is between 10% - 20% usage and when I open games like H1Z1 Kotk for example, it spikes all the way up to 95% - 100% usage
