CPU usage drop gaming

when i was gaming my CPU usage drops 100 to 90/80 causing a FPS lost of 10 fps to 30 FPS and freezing a little the computer on battlefield 1 and other games like ds2, fallout new vegas

i have the CPU intel 6500 3.2 GHz (4 core)

The 4c/4t CPUs are really no longer 'all one needs' to game without an occasional hitch/stutter in newest titles, with most now opting for 6c/6t or 6c/12t designs. (Granted the older 6700K/7700K still does fine in gaming without streaming, however)

Yeah you should look at upgrading your CPU if you are getting 100 percent usage during gaming.

the problem ins the enough power the isue is the usage goes 100 to 90/80 thats the problem

Yes, but the fact your maxing out your CPU in game means the CPU is a bottleneck and drops are bound to happen. Also monitor your RAM usage, frame drops can be caused by not enough memory as well.
