SOLVED:
GPU causes the problem when it reaches anything higher than 80C°.
Motherboard: MSI Z87-G45
CPU: I7 4770
GPU: RX 580 8GB
RAM: 4x4GB DDR3-2400Mhz
Storage:
340GB SSD (windows installed on this drive)
1TB SSD (games installed on this drive)
1TB HDD (empty drive)
Monitor: 1920x1080 @ 144hz
In-game (Happens in all games), the first 5 minutes of gameplay are very smooth with no frame drops. Afterwards, I get stutters that last half a second. These stutters come and go every 5 seconds.
It makes gameplay unplayable, especially when playing a competitive game. I haven't tried to overclock or under volt anything in my system. Is there anyway to fix this? My GPU and CPU aren't overheating. I have already tried to reinstall windows, but nothing changed. I have tried looking for malware but found none.

Here's my PC's benchmark results.
BIOS are up to date. Changed ram frequency to 1600mhz. Tried installing old drivers, and tried reinstalling latest drivers. Tried clearing CMOS/ resetting BIOS.
