CPU usage high?

Hello guys! my CPU usage is around 30-35% running only chrome and antivirus, is it too high or normal or just ok?? And do high CPU usage affects my CPU lifetime and performance??

My specs- CPU- i3 2130
RAM- 4gb ddr3 1333mhz
1TB HDD, PSU- corsair CX 600, Motherboard- msi H61m P20- (G3)..

I would say quite normal really. Chrome can be heavy. No strange things going in there.

I think the best my system can handle is 1333mhz ram.

As long as It's 8gb it doesn't matter. 1333 vs 1600 difference is little.

browser is quite good though not significant improvement, atlast is there any bad effect of 35-40% continue CPU usage on my CPU?
