[SOLVED] CPU Usage high!

When my PC is idle or I'm browsing the web, the CPU (i5-8600k) usually gets around a steady 15-20%, but I don't remember it ever being that high during these activities. So I looked in the task manager and I saw all these weird processes running. I'm here to ask if this is normal, if and how I can fix it and can I close these processes. I will provide a link with a photo of my task manager. It's in dutch, but I won't think that will be a problem?

if you find processes which maintain high load under periods of time and you do not recognize them then worry... fluctuations and indexing are perfectly normal.
