Question CPU Usage hits 100%

Hey all
Sometimes when playing games my cpu reaches 100% usage. I've overclocked my cpu and gpu (cpu to 4.3 and gpu to ~1200) and was wondering how I could deal with it. Would it help if I turned down the overclock on one of those components?

That's just the nature of today's games. They like to use multiple cores/threads. What game is it btw?

It's Rainbow Six. Maybe I'll try overclocking cpu a lil more
