[SOLVED] CPU usage is %10, but PC's temp is 99C.

Sorry for my bad english.

My pc have not dust. Pc is very clean. While I on the desktop,pc temperature is 60C. While I in game , temperature 99C. I was played Gta 5 at 70 FPS last year. But now 10 Fps. Why, please help me.

Either your thermal paste has cracked, or your cooler has come loose, see if it'll wiggle first, if not then you'll probably need to reapply paste

The thermal paste is new. PC's fan is very noisy. When ı press the power button, fan is start and very very noise. I dont know why is this happening, because pc is very cold but temperature and fan's noise very high.

Did you clean off the old paste? Double check that the cooler is installed properly.

Those kind of temps mean a bad problem installation wise

Everything is okay. But ıs must say, laptop's case is very cold for this temperatures. Why is happening.

Well now we know its a laptop and with a noisy fan, which means fan has failed. You need a new one

They're all nosiy at full speed which it would be if the cpu is overheating. What we have is a sync that isn't doing it's job be it broken or loose

I renewed the thermal paste. Fps value was getting 60, but after 1 minute it's getting warmer and back is going to be 15 fps and why the fan is noisy, why.

It's not the paste your cooler has to be coming lose, or it's cracked somewhere

This is why i won't even consider a laptop for gaming. Even gaming laptops aren't made for the stress it puts on a system and cooling is always the issue

You are right . I have a PS4 , but in my country (Turkey) the games is very expensive.That's why I'm trying to fix that computer.
