Question CPU usage is 100%

hi

my pc slow in playing preview in adobe premiere (multi camera) !!!

What is the problem?

cpu : i9 9900k
ram : 16gb
gpu : rx 580 sapphire

51 degrees celsius gpu in multi camera

it is interesting , in latest version of premiere my GPU usage 100% but in Previous version of premiere cpu usage 100% !!!! and in all version multi camera preview slow down and lagging



my spec :
mb : asus z370-h
ram : 16gb adata
cpu :core i9 9900k
vga: rx 580 saphire nitro +
psu : mwe 750 cooler master v2
cpu cooler : silver stone pf 360



What is the problem?

gpu at 80% and only 51c ?
