Question CPU usage is high?

My PC:

CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 2700X

MOBO: X470 Gaming Plus

GPU: MSI Geforce RTX 2080 Gaming X Trio

Ram: G.Skill Trident Z RGB 3600 (I wasn't able to OC to 3600 but i got it to 3333 Mhz)

When I play GTA 5 and I check task manager and it said that CPU usage is 100% and GPU usuage is 0% (setting for graphic are very high). Similar thing happen when i play Call of duty modern warfare and my CPU usage is around 60% but my GPU is ~0-5% usage.

Not sure if it is something have to do with the RAM please help!

16GB ram
and I just reinstall windows 10 still doesnt fit.
Bios are up to date as well as the chipset

Try and revert the RAM overclock,in fact load up the default save settings on the bios to make sure that everything is correctly configured and isn't messing anything up,it sounds like maybe not all cores are working or they are all running but much slower then they should.
It's pretty normal for task manager not to correctly pick up GPU usage.

Is your monitor plugged into the main board? If so this will cause it to use internal graphics.

ryzen 2700 have no internal gpu
