CPU usage is low when gaming.

So I have an AMD Radeon HD 7800 Series along with an AMD FX-8350. Ive noticed that when gaming, my GPU and CPU usage hovers around 5-10, but i can't get even 60fps on most games. My biggest problem is FPS drops, and it happens most times when playing...

hmm that weird. Something wrong with mobo maybe? i dont think its ur psu because then windows would give i warning i would think. Not much to add sadly. what games are you trying to play? cuz your gpu is kinda weak, atleast compared to ur cpu.

Windows has no way of warning of failure of PSU or lack of power. unless its a laptop

Go into your power properties in control panel in windows. Make sure its set to max performance.
