[SOLVED] cpu usage jumping to 100 when task manager is closed but comes back when i open it

i will list few pictures down. when i open task manager the cpu usage is 100% but comes back down and does not go up until the task manager is closed, when i open it back again same thing. it is not a bug or something cuz temperatures are getting higher when i close task manager.

first pic is with closed task manager but opened aida64, second is with both opened and third is just the task manager just after opening it.

same problem with me after some research i got solution try to detete notepad.exe from system32 and windows folder it was running in background eating 59% to 80% cpu after that you can use notepad ++ or rich text document for that stuff as said main problem is notepad.exe causing 99% cpu usage at idle
