CPU Usage on 40%-50% on PUBG and some other games.

As the title says.
I know it is a GPU bottleneck (maybe) but if it is or not, I would like to know is there any app or any way to force more cpu usage in games.

You can't "force" more CPU usage onto a game, that's not how computers work. The developers at PUBG need to optimize the game to take advantage of more of the CPUs resources.

Unfortunately PUBG is one of the worst out there when it comes to optimizations. So you'll have to deal with what you have.
