Question CPU usage problem and FPS drop

Hello.
My computer having fps drop issues last 5 months. At the beggining, it wasn't that bad but this month it got worse. It suddenly drops to 15 fps about 20 seconds every minute. I found that when the CPU usage goes down, fps drops. I disabled the turbo boost in the bios and it made it better. Now I can play but still, fps suddenly drops around 45 fps. It makes me very uncomfortable.

Intel Core i7-8750H
GTX1060 Max-Q
16 GB 2667 MHz RAM
256 GB SATA SSD

What are the cpu and gpu temperatures when the drops happen?

I did not check the tempature of the CPU when I play. But in the stress test the max is 85 degree. GPU is arround 77 degree. I am playing on my laptop.
